Drinking Baileys Colada to celebrate 1st year of blogging :D :D :D

It's already been a year since I started this blog. I remember I was full of concerns whether it was good idea, weather I would have time for it all and weather anyone will even want to read it....
I've got no regrets for sure - it's been a great time!I finally have my own little place where I can unleash my creativity, I have been learning something new every single day, I've met some lovely people and the most importantly creating this blog has given  me so much happiness :D

And so I'm here today reflecting back the passed year and celebrating in style with a drink in my hand.Cheers to you all xxx Big hugs xxx

 

RECIPE:

FOR 3 JARS

INGREDIENTS:

100ml Irish cream f.e. Baileys

100ml Caribbean rum f.e. Malibu

100ml fresh pineapple juice

100ml coconut milk

ice

Method:

1.Place all the ingredients in a blender(without ice) and blend for 1 minute. Serve with ice and piece of pineapple.
